The THM Program
Women’s Housing Limited provides transitional housing services to women and women with children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
The Transitional Housing Management (THM) program is provided in accordance with the Office of Housing Homelessness Assistance Program Guidelines. This program provides short to medium term accommodation (usually between 3 months to 12 months) together with individual support provided by partnering support agencies.
The Tenancy Administration team manages over 100 tenancies. Properties are furnished and tenancies are managed in line with the Residential Tenancies Act.
