After-hours maintenance
Phone calls are re-directed after hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Only emergency maintenance will be responded to during these times.
Please note:
The maintenance email is not monitored after hours
All non-urgent requests must be made during WHL business hours (9am-4pm, Mon-Fri)
If a repair or maintenance job has been completed and you are not satisfied, or if it is taking longer than expected, please contact us so we can follow it up.
