On 27 July 2021, the Victorian Government announced the further easing of restrictions. The following settings apply to Victoria from 11:59pm Tuesday 27 July:
The five reasons to leave home no longer apply.
5km travel limit has been lifted.
Masks remain mandatory and must be worn indoors (except in your own home) and outdoors at all times.
You should continue to work from home if you can. Office capacity limit is 25% or up to 10 people which every is greater. Masks are still required in workplaces.
Visitors to the home are not permitted.
You can gather outdoors with a maximum of 10 people.
Return to face-to-face learning for all school students.
Cafes, restaurants, pubs, retail, beauty care, gyms, entertainment venues open with density limits and QR codes in place.
A maximum of 50 people will be permitted at funerals and weddings and at hospitality venues.
