Rooming House Accommodation
Women’s Housing Ltd manages Rooming Houses across three locations:
- Albion (men only),
- Berwick (mixed gender) and
- Mt Martha (mixed gender).
Properties are well maintained and are managed under the Residential Tenancies Act. These properties are ideal for single women and men looking for an affordable housing options. Women’s Housing Ltd offers sustainable, long-term tenancies within the Rooming House program.
Applications for the Rooming Housing Program are held with Housing Victoria which manages the Victorian Housing Register. Applications can be completed online by going to the link below. Additionally, should you not wish to complete the form online, you can download an application from the link below. There are different requirements when applying for Priority Access or the Register of Interest and further information about this is obtained below.

When a suitable vacancy becomes available, WHL will invite people looking to live in the area to be considered for allocation and will draw application from the Victorian Housing Register.
